T he designation of the Best Mover of the Year is awarded by multiplying of points attained at the end of 1995 (x) by the net number of points gained since the end of 1994 (y). This method of calculation appreciates the fact that the more poionts a team already has, the more difficult it is for that team to accumulate more.
