1. Ticket holder agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, described on ticket sale confirmations and tickets, and required by the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup ("WWC99") with respect to all games and any other events or items included in the ticket package. 2. Completion and submission of the order form does not guarantee the sale of tickets ordered. Sales are subject to availability. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TICKETS MAY NOT BE RESOLD TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM WWC99. No refunds or exchanges. WWC99 is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. In the event of cancellation of any games, processing and handling fees are not refundable. Data shown is complete and accurate at the time this order form was displayed. It is subject to change at the discretion of WWC99. Date and time of games are subject to change without notice. 3. Each ticket constitutes a revocable license and is not transferable. WWC99 and/or Stadium reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by WWC99 or Stadium, in WWC99 or Stadium's sole discretion, to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions. No refund will be granted to anyone refused admission or so ejected. No passouts or readmittance will be allowed. 4. EACH TICKET HOLDER ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO ATTENDANCE AT THE GAMES, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE GAME. Each ticket holder releases any claims arising from attendance at the events that ticket holder may have against WWC99, the Stadium or any party related thereto. 5. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests and sweepstakes), trade or other commercial purposes except by WWC99's Official Partners and other authorized parties. Only these parties are permitted to distribute tickets for promotional purposes. WWC99 reserves the right to confiscate tickets obtained in breach of these conditions, or refuse access to holders of such tickets. 6. Each ticket holder grants irrevocable permission to WWC99 and its assignees to use holder's voice, image and likeness in connection with any photograph, broadcast or other recording of the games for any purpose without compensation. 7. Ticket holders may not bring into the licensed premises any overtly political, promotional or advertising material or signage. Such materials include, for example, any commercially branded material distributed free of charge in the vicinity of the stadium. Use of this ticket constitutes consent to confiscation of such items. Ticket holders shall not be permitted to distribute literature or other materials or to sell or distribute merchandise at the licensed premises. 8. Ticket holders may not bring into the licensed premises any prohibited items such as: bottles, cans, coolers, thermos, alcoholic beverages, containers, picnic baskets, food, strollers, certain banners, signs, poles, weapons, video cameras or motion picture cameras, recorders, balls, frisbees, fireworks, drugs, umbrellas, flares and smoke bombs. Use of this ticket constitutes consent to careful search and inspection for prohibited items, and/or confiscation of prohibited items. 9. If any dispute arises regarding the purchase or use of a ticket, attendance at games or other events, any other items included in a ticket package or these terms and conditions, the holder agrees to submit the dispute, to the exclusion of the ordinary courts, to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 10. Ticket price and fees include applicable taxes. Neither the ticket price nor any fees payable to WWC99 are tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
