FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter to attend XXth AFC Congress
CONCACAF President, Jack Warner will also be present along with newly elected OFC President, Basil Scarsella. Its FIFA Executive Committee member, Senes Erzik, will represent UEFA. Also attending the Congress is the FIFA Honorary President, Dato' Dr Joao Havelange. On the occasion of the XXth Congress, ten serving officials of the AFC will be conferred the Distinguished Service Award. Heading the list is AFC General Secretary, Dato' Peter Velappan for 30 years of service.
