LIMA, Peru, July 28 (Reuters) - President Andres Pastrana said on Saturday he was confident Colombia would clinch their first Copa America victory in Sunday's final against Mexico.

"I'm going back to Colombia tonight for the Copa America final. We're going to win," Pastrana told reporters in Lima, where he attended President Alejandro Toledo's inauguration.

Colombia lost in the final to Peru 1-0 in 1975. Mexico are also seeking their first victory. The match kicks off in Bogota at 16:30 local time (2130 GMT).
